You can track your LUNIV order easily using the tracking link sent by email.

How to track your order

  1. Check your email
    After your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email.
    This email includes:

    • Your tracking number
    • A direct tracking link to follow your parcel

  2. Click the tracking link
    Click the link in your email to see the latest updates from the delivery carrier.

  3. Didn’t receive a tracking email?

    • Please check your spam / junk folder
    • Make sure you are checking the same email address you used at checkout

If you still can’t find your tracking details after 5 business days from placing your order, please contact us.
