You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange any item. All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Pack the Item: Ensure the item is securely packed and include all original packaging, tags, and documentation.

  4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, simply contact us at support@luniv.com. We'll guide you through the process and send you the correct item once we receive your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance or discounted items marked as “Final Sale”)

  • Opened or used personal care products (e.g., skincare or beauty items)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@luniv.com. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement free of charge.

Late Returns

Returns made outside of the 30-day window will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping fees for returning items are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

International Returns

For international returns, please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued in GBP, and any exchange rate differences will be at the customer’s expense.
